*Please note number of visits may vary slightly depending on weather, season, and the type of grass on the property. Our services are provided on a weekly basis only, except during the winter season when visits are done bi-weekly. Warm season grasses such as Bermuda and Zoysia are serviced weekly during the months of May to November and bi-weekly during December to April. Cold season grasses such as Fescue are serviced weekly April to November and bi-weekly December to March
Package Service Information

Spring & Summer Maintenance: Professional lawn mowing at the appropriate height for your grass type. Edging will be performed to create clean crisp lines between beds and other hard surface areas. Blowing off of all hard surfaces, grass areas, and beds to leave a clean and professional look will be performed at every visit. Bed Maintenance will be ongoing throughout the year to maintain a clean appearance with minimal weeds, leaves, sticks, and debris.

Fall Maintenance: Professional lawn mowing at the appropriate height for your grass type until the grass stops growing. Edging will be performed until grass stops growing to create clean crisp lines between beds and other hard surface areas. Blowing off of all hard surfaces grass areas, and beds to leave a clean and professional look will be performed at every visit. Leaf cleanup will be done either by using a mulching mower that with pulverize all clippings and drop them back on to the turf to provide rich nutrients back into the soil or by bagging all leaves only when necessary. All beds will be blown out before each visit and the leaves will pulverize with the rest of the yard. Bed Maintenance will be ongoing throughout the year to maintain a clean appearance with minimal weeds, leaves, sticks, and debris.

Winter Maintenance: Blowing, Debris pick up, and upkeep to prepare for Spring. Bed Maintenance will be ongoing throughout the year to maintain a clean appearance with minimal weeds, leaves, sticks, and debris.

Shrub/Plant Care: Shrub trimming is ongoing and is reviewed and performed during each regular visit. One person on each of our teams is to check shrubs at each visit and trim throughout the year at the appropriate time.

Fertilization and Weed Control: Fertilization and Weed Control will consist of 6 applications a year. We will do pre and post emergent for the appropriate turf type and boardleaf weed control. *** Does not include shrub fertilization, fungicides, insect control or disease control.
